As we continue to grow and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, we are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. Position Summary: The Assistant General Manager plays a vital role in the success of daily operations, working closely with the General Manager to maintain exceptional service standards, ensure operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with a refined sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to ensure flawless service execution Uphold and train staff on fine dining service etiquette, standards, and expectations Maintain strong presence on the floor during service to ensure guest satisfaction and team coordination Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure cohesive guest experiences Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Oversee reservation systems, private dining coordination, and special events Monitor and help manage labor, inventory, and operational costs Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant Deep understanding of hospitality, food, wine, and beverage service Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Professional demeanor with a warm, guest-first attitude Experience with POS and reservation systems (e.g., Toast, OpenTable, Resy) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain grace under pressure Wine knowledge and/or sommelier training is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance bonuses Health benefits, 401k Paid time off and dining discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement within a respected hospitality brand A dynamic and supportive team environment
